Additional plaintiffs include: E. B. and J. H. Campbell, Henry Foltz and wife, Joseph Irwin and wife, Hastings and Jane Sanders, Dick and Hanna Paine and Flora Christian. Plaintiffs are the heirs of Duncan Campbell dec., who owned and left to his heirs land described as sitting in the 8th district of Warren County and granted to him by Tennessee grant no. 11386. Plaintiffs claim the defendants are now claiming parts of said land as their own. This action follows a previous action of ejectment.
