Carroll's husband, Dewey Carroll, was riding in car driven by Gerald Brummett. Lights from oncoming car caused Brummett to be unable to see truck parked in road. He was unable to avoid hitting truck & Dewey Carroll was killed in accident. Carrie Carroll was suing for $20,000. |
