Murder of Elbert Parish. J. A. Darnal testified that Elbert Parish was shot at his house and that Donnie Tubbs said that he shot him. Darnal stated that he was on his front porch when Parish was shot and did not actually see the murder.

View Entry 1914 State v. Andy Foreman Carroll Carrying an Illegal Weapon

Cause of action: carrying a pistol. Andy Foreman was in a fight with Pearl Milam, colored. She hit him with a piece of water pipe, hurting him on the hand. He went to put turpentine on his hand and then allegedly came back carrying a pistol. Margurite Ridley and Tilday Latham claimed to have seen the pistol as Andy Foreman walked down the street.
