Incomplete casefile. John D. Smith was the executor of John Maloy dec'd. The plaintiff received a prior judgment against the defendants. The defendants were forced to sell land in order to settle the debt awarded to the plaintiff. Plaintiff purchased the land using credit from the judgment awarded to him. Ownership of the land was then questioned. See additional documents in box ET 6, ET 788. |
