Original bill was a suit upon contract when the plaintiff was threatened with civil action by his half brothers and the county Undertaker upon an alleged liability for his father, F. Hill's, burial expenses. He absorbed unnecessary expenses and inconveniences. He was later judged against for the sum of $260. Includes motion for a rehearing, new trial, and petition for certiorari.
