Trespass on the Case. Alexander said Def. George Gray improperly "claimed & collected" money from Alexander when Gray wrongfully "proved his attendance" as a witness in a suit by Alexander against James Gray, & had the same taxed in the bill of costs. Alexander recovered from Def. Gray $8.25 plus interest.
