Plaintiff's father purchased a stack of goods and merchandise for her, defendant who is her husband was not to have any control over goods purchased. Goods were shipped to White Bluff where she opened a store. After divorce between plaintiff and defendant, defendant attempted to claim ownership of store goods. Plaintiff sued defendant to determine ownership of goods. Additional Defendant: C.O. Bull
