Mathis purchased a lot and a house. The house was used as a residence and for business. Since he purchased it, the county grew and the defendant company installed a switch yard opposite his property. Mathis claimed that the switch yard interfered with his business and claimed damages. Exhibits include oversize blueprints and photograph of a house, people, a horse and carriage by the railroad tracks. These items are located in M-17-21. |
