In June, 1915 C. A. Little and his wife Bell executed a trust deed on a tract of land to Mit Whitson. On it's face, the trust deed was given to secure a debt for supplies to be furnished by Finley and Whitson to C.A. Little during the year 1915 in the amount of $1000.00. R. C. Finley is the successor to the firm of Finley and Whitson. Finley let the debt run until 1920.. C.A. Little executed a renewal deed of trust for 769.30. Finley wishes to put a lien on the tract of land to obtain payment. |
