Elijah claimed he had already pled guilty to identical offense & fined $2 by justice of the peace (William Colvin). Atty general claimed Elijah colluded with Robert Kills to have warrant issued by his kinsman William Colvin. Judge dismissed case as to Colvin. No mention of what happened to case against Evans. |
