View Entry | 1934 | Walter Donahue v. W. W. West | Grainger | Injunction |
In 1927, West and his wife Flora B. West executed a trust deed to R. H. Leonard, trustee, conveying to him a tract of land with their house. When the Wests defaulted on notes, R. H. Leonard, trustee, advertised the property for sale, and it was purchased by Donahue. Mrs. West vacated the premises. Her husband pretended to, but "he still hangs around the property, and is at this time interfering with the complainant in his enjoyment of same." He "has created a reign of terror in the community." |
