Jennie Brannon for $3495 debt for 660 meals she furnished Harrell. Court ultimately ruled in favor of plaintiffs for $1085 each. Wilbur W. Piper, executor, appealed. |

Plaintiff paid $3,000 and was to pay $500 each month thereafter. Defendant claims Plaintiff failed to pay the full agreed upon amount and is seeking payment. |

Brown sued Hawk for $200 damages to his automobile by negligence and careless driving of defendant's car in excess of 20 mph. Repair work amounted to $134.17 and Brown lost the use of his car for 2 weeks, which he used as an employee of the Greenville Laundry. Court ruled in favor of plaintiff for $134.07. Hawk appealed. |

The Def. charges that the Pla. willfully burned the store himself and refused to honor the insurance policy. Plaintiff is noted to live 17 miles from Greeneville and 4 miles from Romeo on Gap Creek Road, or Horton Highway. The Plaintiff's building was the only one in the community, which was comprised mostly of farmers. |
