2 folders. In 1911, McGee's husband (dec.) was issued an insurance policy by defendant for $1,000 and died in 1914 as a complication from diabetes. Before his death, an agent from the company stated the policy had been obtained under misrepresentations of health and they would not be able to claim money upon death. McGee later found the statements of the agent were knowingly false. Suing for the full payment of policy plus 25%. |
