Jean Miller was co-complainant. Co-defendants were M. D. Arnold & Harry J. Price. The Millers gave a deed of trust on their 658-acre farm (valued at $20,000) to Fidelity Trust. The bank called in the debt. Millers use the new Frazier-Lemke Act to prevent repossession of their farm. Case may be valuable to researchers studying the Depression & New Deal. T. C.
