James Lisley was the guardian of Sarah Alexander. Isaac and Sarah filed suit against him, his securities, William Bell & wife, & other associated with the estate of Anderson Pursley, of which Isaac was admr. James Lisby sold a tract of land he inherited from the estate to Legg, & Lisby was accused of trover, considering the estate was not settled. An injunction was filed to prevent the sale of the land.
