McMullen died intestate sometime before September 1865. Before he died, he recovered judgment against def. Rail Road Co. for track it laid across McMullen's land, which judgment has not yet been fully pd. Suit revived in admr's name, judgment rendered & execution issued on Rail Road property but returned unsatisfied. Bryson filed this action to satisfy judgment from Rail Road stockholders who have not yet paid for their subscription (therefore owe Rail Road money). Rail Road pd judgment so bill dismissed |

Walker, John King, Samuel N. Fain. Ruggles said he was creditor of Def. firm & that firm now dissolved but, when it was dissolved, it owned property near Knoxville comprising large steam flour mill & machinery, stable, 2-story brick building, though mill consumed by fire. Ruggles wants to satisfy debt out of said property. |

Trundles didn't pay & York sued them in Circuit Court, but they were insolvent, so he filed this suit to satisfy debt from the land. Martha claims she owns portion of the land as separate property. |
