Bessie became ill and died on Oct. 28, 1931 in Knoxville General Hospital. Pla. claims the def., in breach of contract, has refused to payout the said policy. Exhibit materials include correspondence and employment information. Bessie had a 7th grade education and made $0.21 per hour. |

Grebe claims the proceeds of the policy as the beneficiary under an insurance conservation agreement. The pla. make their claim under and assignment made to them by P. This suit was filed to recover payment from the insurance company contracted to insure said automobile. Exhibit materials include a Preferred Accident Insurance Company automobile liability policy. |

The defendant held a policy with the plaintiff when he claimed a total loss under said policy covering a new 1928 model automobile. The adjustor's investigation uncovered the car was in fact a used 1925 model Franklin sedan. The adjuster awarded the plaintiff a payout of $1,260.00, which the plaintiffs believe is grossly in excess of the actual value of the car. |
