Plaintiffs claim Joseph maintained an insurance policy that listed them as beneficiaries. Plaintiffs complain that upon Joseph's death, Elizabeth Sneed contacted the insurance co. to withhold payment. Mr. Smith suffered from ulcers, a perforation of the stomach, and other digestive problems. |
