In 1871 the Pltffs. brought an action of ejectment against the deft. & William H. Plummer, forcing them to move off of a certain tract of land. Since then, despite further legal action, Wilhite has continued to trespass on the property. He has damaged its value by cutting timber, & has also removed the roof from a house that was on the property & is erecting a home for himself. Pltffs. ask for an injunction prohibiting Wilhite from cutting more timber & from interfering with the house. |
