This is an appeal. Original bill saw Pickle fighting Jan 1853 judgment against him for $8.50, where Edington sued without his knowledge for services Pickle did not agree to pay for. Edington taught Pickle the practice of 'electro-psychology' healing. Pickle claimed Edington actually owed him $15, of which the Circuit Court awarded him $1.50. |
