Duggar and her husband, A. D. Dugger, are sued for the use of the Second National Bank of Jackson. The suit concerns a fire insurance policy. When the Duggars' house burned, the company offered to pay 3/4 of the actual cash value of the property, saying information to that effect was in the contract. The Duggars declined the amount and sued for the full value. |
