James M. Young was liquor dealer in the county of Monroe. He owes D. Kirpatrick and Co. for several purchases of liquor which he has not yet paid in full. They seek a judgement against him to get the money they are owed. They also charge that James Young has fraudulently deeded personal property over to his wife in an attempt to get out of paying the debt.
