Their grandfather left them and their mother, Lucy Henison (Sisco) a tract of land by deed to be passed onto the minors upon her death. Lucy then married S.J. Henison, who cut down a large portion of timber on the land, devaluing the property. Suing for damages and ordered restraint against Henison continuing to cut timber. |

J. H. Selph is administrator for James Matthews. Granville H. Matthews was listed as a creditor against James Matthews' estate. Selph filed insolvent proceedings for the estate in which G. H. Matthews was included as a defendant. G. H. died and his administrator is in possession of a note for $2601 with a credit of $626.71 having already been paid.
