Additional plaintiffs: J. L. Johnson, and Sarah and John French. Plaintiff's mother, Mary E. Johnson dec., was an heir to Moses Falwell dec. and received property valued at $2000 when he died. Def. is the husband of Mary E. Johnson and father of the plaintiffs. Plaintiff complain the def. used funds received from their mother to purchase additional land, but because he did not pay the note in time, a portion of the land was re-sold. Plaintiffs are seeking to protect their rights to said land. |

Additional Defendants: Tobe (?)and Cassandra Wilson. Plaintiff was a partner in business with Henry Young. Tanner issued a note for $143 dollars to said partnership. Tanner also executed a deed of trust to secure said payment. In 1877, Tanner left his wife, Cassandra Wilson, and moved to Kansas. Cassandra married Tobe Wilson and lives on the land listed in said deed of trust. The note secured by said deed remains unpaid. |
