Add. Plaintiffs:Taylor, Black, May, and Tom Sisco, minors. Add. Defendants: Lucy Henison.Father of minor plaintiffs was murdered without leaving a will for the family. Their grandfather left them and their mother, Lucy Henison (Sisco) a tract of land by deed to be passed onto the minors upon her death. Lucy then married S.J. Henison, who cut down a large portion of timber on the land, devaluing the property. Suing for damages and ordered restraint against Henison continuing to cut timber. |
