Childress & Taylor as securities over bond. Defendants were administrators over other children in the family that passed before the case. Plaintiffs state that W.A. Childress held personal and real estate property from the surviving heirs, including misrepresenting rental profits. Also fighting to make Beasley guardian.

Add. Plaintiffs:Taylor, Black, May, and Tom Sisco, minors. Add. Defendants: Lucy Henison.Father of minor plaintiffs was murdered without leaving a will for the family. Their grandfather left them and their mother, Lucy Henison (Sisco) a tract of land by deed to be passed onto the minors upon her death. Lucy then married S.J. Henison, who cut down a large portion of timber on the land, devaluing the property. Suing for damages and ordered restraint against Henison continuing to cut timber.

View Entry 1879 W. E. Beard v. R.C. Murray et al; J. D. Heimann v. B. B. Beard et al Perry Contract Dispute and Damages

Add. defendants: John Couran, and B.B. Beard. Beards owned a company and W.E. Beard sold debts and his interest in the company to Murray, making him liable to pay back debts. He failed to complete the transactions and believes he will use fraudulent measures to overrule the contract stating his obligation to pay the debts. Also a partnership settlement.
