Additional plaintiffs: J. L. Johnson, and Sarah and John French. Plaintiff's mother, Mary E. Johnson dec., was an heir to Moses Falwell dec. and received property valued at $2000 when he died. Def. is the husband of Mary E. Johnson and father of the plaintiffs. Plaintiff complain the def. used funds received from their mother to purchase additional land, but because he did not pay the note in time, a portion of the land was re-sold. Plaintiffs are seeking to protect their rights to said land.
