Def Owens first dba Owen & Bone (Lobelville retail merchant) with father-in-law Def L.B. Bone; business dissolved because L.B. didn't like doing business on credit. Owen, on his own, bought goods on credit from pla. (Nashville wholesale merchant). Owen then sold his stock of goods back to L.B. & son Monroe dba L.B. Bone & Son. pla. says transaction fraudulent & also that Owens gave the Bones his book of accounts showing other debts owed to Owens, w/similar fraudulent intent. L.B.'s wife: Tyratia Bone.
