Additional plaintiffs: William Horner and Wife Bell, Irvine, James, Thos. J, John W., Margaret, and Lewis Briley, H. S., Armilla, Stella M., Susan E. and Nora Culp, H. A. and Sarah Sewell, and R. H. and Bettie Strickland. Plaintiffs are the children and legatees of Andrew Briley dec. and the def. is his widow. Plaintiffs complain that the def. has filed a petition praying to be allowed to dissent from her husband's will and to have homestead and dower assigned to her.
