Add. Def: R. J. Owens, and J. D. Marrs. Plaintiff is a wholesale merchant located in Nashville, Tennessee, and as such, sold to Ferguson several hundred dollars worth of goods and merchandise. Plaintiff now complains that Ferguson has not paid his debts and has fraudulently disposed of property to avoid payment. Additional defendants are indebted to Ferguson. It appears that Ferguson was deceased at the time of the trial.

Plaintiffs complain that the def. has filed a petition praying to be allowed to dissent from her husband's will and to have homestead and dower assigned to her.

View Entry 1891 W. C. Webb v. George W. Little et al. Perry Trover

Additional defendants: S. S. Tripp, H. M. Taylor, I. N. Horner, G. T. Taylor, and Jo. P. Kidd. As a trustee of the Linden Academy Fund, plaintiff received a previous judgment against Little. Plaintiff now complains that Little is insolvent and is planning to fraudulently disposed of money owed to him by Tripp (with H. M. and G. T. Taylor, and I. N. Horner as security) in order to avoid paying his debts.
