In 1866, the plaintiffs obtained a judgment against the defendants for $3,138.57 and defendants levied 560 acres against the debt, conveyed by G. Delozier to Boyd in 1853, but there was an issue of the rightful title holder. |

The defendants took over possession of the property unlawfully without giving any rent and now refuse to vacate the land. |
