Jury found him guilty, but judgment arrested for some fault in the indictment record & State appealed to Supreme Court. When warrant issued to apprehend Wilson & bring him before Supreme Court, he could not be found & Sheriff reported he was then (Sep 1851) confined in Meigs County jail for house burning. |
