Fulks sues defendant for $2500 for damage done to his property by flooding. The railroad track & fills run through plaintiff's property. Plaintiff alleges the defendant negligently allowed a culvert to become clogged with debris, rather than employ proper maintenance. The clogged culvert causes large amounts of water to accumulate & eventually overflow onto the plaintiff's land, causing severe washing & damaging valuable farm land. 2 Folders. |

Jonnie Mayscy seriously injured when the Chevrolet coupe he was driving was hit by a truck driven by Athol Moore. Mayscy died of blood poisoning ca. 27 Oct. 1934. His father charged the truck that hit him was being driven at excessive speeds & without proper lights. Athol employed by Summers to haul his furniture: Summers an employee of Hickman. 3 folders. |
