Findley was the admr of George Moore, dec., who (before he died) contracted with William to convey 200 acres of land George owned on Tennessee River. William sued to enforce his claim to that 200 acres. George died with no widow or children. Transcript names his heirs, some of whom (including Plaintiff & Findley) were nephews of George. |
