Re portion of road inside town limits, grand jury indicted Mayor/Aldermen for misdemeanor for failing to keep road in order, keep all necessary sign boards up along said road and, at railroad crossing, to put/keep sign up saying "Look out for the cars when you hear the whistle or bell." Court quashed indictment; atty gen appealed. |
