Blytha leased farm between railway & Walden's Ridge, near Elverton, & was working mule in cane mill during day, leaving it tied up 1/4 mile from railway at night. He drove schoolbus in morning. When he returned, his employee Chester Lee Johnson told him mule had broken rope & eaten poisoned grass. Exhibit: sign warning of poison/passable injury to livestock. |

Testimony: Before moving to TN, Larry had gotten Eskridge to draft a will previous to this one leaving Larry's 2 daughters 1/2 of Eskridge's estate, which Eskridge destroyed after firing Larry. |

Pla. was examining the railroad tracks of the Def. when a train came & stopped between where he was examining the tracks, his automobile on the other side. Familiar with railroad operating procedures, he decided that the train would blow a whistle before moving. Believing this the plaintiff began climbing between the train cars to reach the other side. The train suddenly began moving and threw him to the ground. The train ran over his legs, severing both. Case file includes map. See box 1537 for more. |

Wiley was clerk of Roan Co. The obligation was to be void if Wiley performed in his office, to collect and pay over taxes imposed on suits in the County Court. |
