Ten-plus years later, Jacobs attempted to revive judgment but issue arose re whether such action barred by statute of limitations. At one point prior, Wooten offered to compromise debt by giving Jacobs a wagon, but Jacobs refused. Bailey P. Wooten was son of Gwin Wooten & wife. Though not clear, debt may have originated as amt John P. Buchanan owed for renting Charles Prickard's lands. |
