Ready to persecute a suit for Corinne to inherit $12,000 from her deceased father. C. Ready verbally agreed to represent the plaintiffs for $250, but claimed more work was done than expected and charged an additional $250. Plaintiffs claim he failed to credit their account for sums paid, totaling $700. |

William Ledbetter, Circuit Ct. Clerk of Rutherford. In 1819, John R. Bedford sold Farris, def.., 289 acres of land including water rights held by Bedford and his mother, Mrs. Ann Bedford. Farris refused access to water well on this land. Farris responds he did not allow access to chain/rope for use at certain water well. Bedford having left the state- question before court is the court costs. Hon. James C. Mitchell, 11th Judicial Circuit. |
