Kerr conveyed to W. B. Drumright a tract of land located in the 13th Civil District of Rutherford County in exchange for cash and two notes. After the death of her husband, Isabella re-conveyed said lot to Kerr and the notes were surrendered. Kerr now complains that the re-conveyance was a ity. |
