The defendants were accused of breaking and entering the dwelling of R. D. Reed and stole money as well as a coin from the government of Portugal. It is noted in pencil on the cover page that "The only error in this case is that the jury did not hang the prisoners." It was also noted on the cover in pencil that they received 15 years. |
