Plaintiff owned a tract of land for over fifteen years and conveyed and sold the land to Willis B. Sharp, his son-in-law, but he did not pay a consideration for the land. He then sold the land to the defendant. A deal was made to sell the land back to the plaintiff, but the defendant falsified the amount paid to Sharp for the land. Plaintiff sued for $550 difference for the land he bought back. |

Howard sued Chandler for taking a rifle from the property to his damage $1000. Court ruled in favor of plaintiff. Defendant appealed. Defendant charges plaintiff delivered gun to him voluntarily. Chandler was gun agent who delivered guns to rebels rather than having them take the guns without pay or receipt. Defendant charges that plaintiff gave gun knowing it would be used to aid rebellion and that transaction was illegal and plaintiff not entitled to recover. Court sided with defendant. |

Pla. in error, his wife, Otha Reagan, and Dodgin spent the night at Skiyuki Inn, which is described as a restaurant and soft drink stand. During the night, all of the parties consumed whiskey. After Pla. in error fell asleep, Dodgin and Pla.'s wife got into an argument and struck each other. Upon learning this, the Pla. in error went to Dodgin and stabbed him. |
