Plaintiffs- E. D. Thompson, J. M. Thompson, and Frank Thompson, sued the defendant S. B. Anderson for damages for breach of his covenants contained in a land deed conveying certain lands in Crittenden Co., Ark. The defendants said the deed upon which is charged with having been guilty of a breach of warranty, conveyed said property belonging to the defendant and his wife, Achsah B. Anderson, and to the Anderson-Tully Co., a corporation. Court decision appealed.

View Entry 1914 John Taylor v. Scott, Wilkerson, & Scott Undertaking Company Shelby Breach of Contract

Gordon Taylor, son of the plaintiff died and the plaintiff entered into a contract with defendants to bury the son and the plaintiff then paid the defendants. The contract stated the son would be buried in the plaintiff's own graveyard, but the defendants failed to do so and buried the son in another graveyard. Suing for $5,000 in damages for breach of contract.
