Policy sold on 11 April 1905; Davidson died of tuberculosis 28 Aug. 1905. Plaintiff argues policy was obtained fraudulently for the benefit of Harrold & J. L. Davidson who concealed J. H. Davidson's poor health. Harrold maintains no fraud was intended as neither he nor J. H. Davidson was aware of the illness when policy was purchased. |
