Other petitioners: J.S. Cook, H.B. Dameron, and garnishee L.A. Schwantz. L.A. Schwantz entered into a contract with J.P. James for sale and purchase of real estate in Mississippi. Schwantz was given 10 days to inspect land and sign contract. Joseph Townsend caused garnishment to be issued against Schwentz to pay petitioners per contract. Ezzell arguing that terms of contract never specified time that commission was to be paid and, thus, Schwentz did not warrant garnishment. |
