In 1779, Raleigh Hogan/Hagan, merchant, began a partnership with Wiliam Small. A few months later, they noticed that Small had made them a profit of $700 or so, but Hogan was yet to bring in any money. The suit sought to settle the amount owed to & by the partners. The goods were being sold & shipped to Richmond Virginia. George Swingle also named as a party to the suit. Pages are oversized, folded in a regular folder. Appealed to Superior Court of Hamilton District. |
