Incomplete file; opinion only. Poindexter & Rawlings were involved in purchasing multiple tracts of land over time. Poindexter had difficulty making payments at one time, selling livestock, and baled hay to make up the owed amount. Their agreement expired over seven years ago, and the defendant's attorney argues that the lien is invalid due to the seven year statute of limitations.
