In 1842 Childers sold a 265-acre tract to plaintiff for $2000 & executed a title bond binding him to convey the property to Elsea when it was paid for. When plaintiff was unable to make the payments the land was sold to Vincent Easley for $950. On 9 May 1846 plaintiff brought a Bill of Review to court, charging numerous errors in the handling of his case. Bill of Review not filed within the time allowed by law. |
