Plaintiff is the guardian of James C. McIntosh. Defendant is the administrator of the estate of James Morrow (dec.). The deceased entered into a partnership with Campbell, opening a drug store. Campbell forwarded money to purchase the drugs & medicines. J. Morrow eventually became too ill to attend to the store and the partnership dissolved, but the defendant tried to keep the debts on the accounts of the store and the plaintiff never received payment for his initial advancement. |
