pla. recovered $2695.45 judgment against James R. Pace, but only property to satisfy it was household furniture, leaving large balance. Before judgment, James transferred goods he owned in Rogersville (from his mercantile business) to brother Charles, which court found to be transaction to avoid creditors. Kyle also believes Timmons has notes & accounts in the hands of Brooks & that Timmons assigned one note to Def Parmenter, who assigned it to Def King, & that the original assignment to Parmenter was fraudulent. |
