Thomas Wills died with a will in 1860. The suit was filed by the executor of the estate in order to settle the estate against claims made my people who identified themselves as heirs. Wills ran a drug store in Nashville, until moving to Louisville with Robert Graves who began trading portions of Wills' estate and making investments. Graves was accused of taking advantage of Wills' senility. |
