At the time of George Simpson's death, he was a minor under the age of 21 and Alex Warters was his guardian. Humes claimed that Warters drew money from the pension office as the guardian of Simpson. Williford appealed to SC. Pickle claimed Williford was not disabled but had personal issue w/road overseer. |
